Looks to be no CAI on the market for my year and model. I have read some on custom CAI and have decided to take a stab at making my own. I will post pics when I'm finished.

Does anyone have any experience with adding a Tach to a DX? I would like to make it a factory Tach if possible. I know I would need to replace the gauge unit. Probably get one from a salvage yard off of a LX. What kind of wiring modifications would I need? If doing this is too much trouble then...

I just purchased a 1996 Protege DX yesterday. I would like to install CAI but can't find anyone that makes one for my model. I searched the forums and had no luck. Is there a company that makes one for my protege? Can I modify one to fit? Can I custom make one? Any help would be appreciated.
