Thanks for the reply everyone! I took the car back again today to Mazda to address these issues. I had the Service Manager come out on a road test with me. I hear 2 sounds in the back, one is coming from the hatch the other sounds like a the jack is loose but in fact I removed it out of the car...

My 2 month old 2010 Mazda has had a wheel/tire vibration on the highway 100 KM or greater from day one. I've had the dealer change the tires, rims, and the problem still exists. I recently had a road force balance and they told me my front tires our out of round... Had anyone else had issues...
