Just another update, took it to a local garage and he found the MAP sensor wasn't connected and the plastic housing around the pins was broken, he reconnected the plug and taped it up. He then erased the codes and the engine ran better than before, doesn't hesitate as much now but he reckons...

Hi, the 3 codes are, 1) P0108 - MAP/BARO Circuit High Input 2) P2009 - Intake Manif Runner Ctrl Circ Low Bank1 3) P0108 pd - think same as #1 but pending. The cat and manifold become glowing red hot, sign of a blockage maybe. I read on other forums and it could be the EGR valve thats faulty...
