I have a 97 protege lx i want to swap the rear drum brakes for the disc brakes on a mazda protege es can anyone tell me all the parts need for the swap so that in case i can't get a hit car which would donate the parts i can hunt around and try to find them at a junk yard (ugh)

Can Any one tell me if I cross breed the top end of my 1.5l engine with the bottom end of a bpt turbo 1.8l engine would it work?
