No way, I would seriously check the pcv valve first then move on to bigger things. WHy spend the big bucks and then find out its still doing it? dont be stupid and just eliminate the inexpensive things first.
maybe you should try to check the EGR valve, maybe thats not getting the suction that it should. If that doesn't work check for any pin holes on the vaccumm lines.
