there are definitely 3 in winnipeg. there was one for each dealership. i think there is only one left. (i'm pretty sure it's at gerry gordons) congrats on the buy. it's one helluva a car.

It's not a very easy thing to do and not a lot of tech's can do it. you need to place a resisotr bypass on the ecm because if it see's more than 3 pounds of boost it will cut fuel. after that it's just a matter of turning the screw on the turbo but i don't know exactly where the bypass goes...
