I disagree, young drivers with fast cars tend to stick it to themselves. This nob drives a $30K+ car spends $4500 a year on insurance but when he gets a legitimate ticket he fights it like he was intrapped. When and if he grows up and doesnt have 6+ points on his license he can afford...
