UPDATE Removed the blower fan and tested on 12V, working all good ... So I have put it back in place and just for fun I tried to replug the resistor and test ... turned the key and it worked (on speed 3 and 4 only like before) I pushed the A/C button and ... finish... no more fan... can't get it...
