    i don't have the oem sub but according to my research, look in the panel under the seatbelt for the passenger behind the driver. The wire harness for the sub is supposed to plug there at one end and the sub at the other end

    heres an update: put back the intake mani with new screws from recall gasket kit. One butterfly valve missing (cyl #4). Used a magnetic pickup tool to check in each cylinder and found 2 pieces. Put everything back in it's place and started the engine. However, coins in the dryer sound is gone...

    that's what I thought but found a screw and only a half of a buttefly valve in the lower half... just a thought: would it be ok to drive the P5 with no VICS?

    any advice to remove the screw? they seem awfully soft and tight never mind, a pair of plyers worked fine.

    i just checked the bottom half. didn't completely remove it because of the egr pipe but simply shook it and it seems like nothing is in there...

    at last, i was able to remove the top halve only (cool). the egr pipe was limiting the movement of the bottom half on the drivers side. but that doesn't end there. i took a look at the famous VICS and then WTF!!! the valve for cyl #4 is completely missing! not only those 2 screws but the round...
