    lemon in the back of your warranty info book it gives you a number to call for which ever state you live in. call that number and they can help you, also look up lemon law for the state that you live and and your state general can help you

    My cx9 that was bought oct 2007 has been in 5 times for the driverside rearview mirror vibrating as well as the car pulling to the left.
