I squirt the stuff on the non-perforated sections of the seats, wipe it in, and then use the wet rag on the perforated parts after that. That system works well to avoid plugging up any of the holes with the leather stuff.

Changed mine at 22 and 41k miles (2020 Turbo), and the old one was very clean both times. No dirt roads, though, for me.

2020 Sig, 51k miles, only issue was airbag light which was eventually fixed under warranty.

I had the (exact) same problem on my 2020. 2 flashes, then one, than a long pause before repeating. It started, coincidentally (?) on the WAY HOME from a dealer-provided oil change. It went out after I stopped at a store for a bit, but I texted the service advisor anyway. Of course, he said...

I had mine (driver's side, same deal) fixed, fortunately under factory warranty. The technician took almost 2 hours, he said it was a somewhat difficult job, as Tchman2016 noted. Turned off the feature once the warranty expired. I only close them for car washes.
