Have you been denied warranty service on this issue? My dealer has been very responsive, and just followed the steps required by Mazda. On my second visit, they ordered the new turbo. To me that is standing by it fully.

Got my MS3 back yesterday. They replaced the turbo, and the down tube. They said the bolts were frozen and they had to hack things (my language not theirs) to get the turbo off. My butt dyno tells me the MS3 is running a LOT better than before. Much smoother up the power curve.

I had my MS3 head unit replaced several months ago under warranty. Dealer said it isn't common but they have seen it several times in the Bose radios. No problems since.

No news here, but my 2008 MS3 goes in for a new turbo on Wednesday. Because I bought it used I had to provide a service history from Car Max, but it is being covered under warranty. Bought it with 12.75k miles, now has 21k.

Just had my HU replaced by the dealer on my 08. They didn't tell me anything about a TSB but had seen this issue on several other 3s with Bose systems.
