Thanks for you response. I realized that. I just dont like it in my wallet, it makes it bulkier. I'm also afraid it can crack in there... I happen to like the key fobs that most other cars with keyless use... I was just wondering if its possible to reprogram a key fob instead...

Hi, I just bought a 2009 CX-7 Grand Touring with keyless ignition that came with two credit card sized smart keys. I have noticed that the 2010 CX-7 Grand Touring comes with a smart key fob remote that is a lot smaller and sleeker, any ideas if I can buy a 2010 remote and reprogram it to work...
