I think you'll be fine. The coilsleeves will kill stock struts(non tokicos) fairly quickly, but the HPs and Illuminas should be fine with them. My HPs are doing great w/ GC's.
As for the springrates, it depends on your sway bars, etc. My MSP rotates quite nicely with the regular rates though.
what type of support are they getting? i think i'm getting either an es or p5 soon. if you could also give me links to sites that have parts and mods i'd appreciate it.

that was if you still wanted to run the 4amps and subs. you SHOULD look into getting an optima dry cycle for the subs though. it'll ease the strain on the new alt.
caps don't really work. for any technical solutions, you'll need to run about 3-4 dry-cycle batteries to handle that. why do you have that much bass? if you're going for comp. only i understand, but damn..... :rolleyes:
