Thanks a bunch Slab for the info, but to elaborate, the engine struggles to turn over as if the battery is "extremely weak" and does not have enough juice to get her going. The engine sputters as if it is almost about to start up but no true start up. Let it rest a minute and its starts up fine...??

A great car all around

Does anyone else get a really bad lag in their accelleration and horsepower whenever their a/c is on. I seem to get alot less power throughout the whole rpm range whenever my a/c is on. I know it robs a little horsepower puts never was noticeable in any of my other cars.

Sup guys. I've been a member on the board for quite some time now but I have yet to post pictures of my ride. Just want to know what ya'll may think.

shortening factory shifter? I was looking at the factory shift rod and noticed that the silver looking extension piece that is attached to the main rod. I was wondering if its possible to just unscrew this extra extension piece off and then make sort of a simple short shifter? Heres a picture...

who would've of thought that 3 simple gauge rings would make such a stir??

I think its just a matter of respect by still calling them Dave B rings. Gotta give props to were it's deserved ya know.
