thanks guys, you just cant beat House of Kolor, I spent at least 10 hours after the final fiberglass mat was finished. The first step was to thin some bondo down with plastic honey and paint a layer of bondo over the mat, then shape with 40g paper. next I applied the bondo unthinned twice...

I put mine on the back of the door mirror inner covers.

Looks good, that 10" will thump in your car. Here are a few shots of my box I just finished for a little JBL 8" I will post up as I finish the install.

Without a clip tool it would be kinda a pain. If the panel rattles you may need a bit of foam tape to stop it.
