For you who have installed the TT to the specs in this thread, are you still able to lock your car and arm the alarm w/ the remote while the car is running on the TT?

This MazdaSPEED3 GT is showroom quality, clean, spotless, inside and out. It has only been driven 3,250 miles since I purchased it brand new in Oct. 2008 and has spent every night since then in my garage. Its 6-speed gearbox has got gobs of torque and handles like a no other FWD car you've ever...

Wow thanks, Rotus8! Unfortunately, this doesn't directly answer the question of how to get the keyless system to lock the doors if the engine is on -- or I'm just not smart enough to see it.
So it seems its not the keyless system that makes the choice, its just a transmitter of the key fobs...
So then its not the keyless module that ultimately decides if its OK to lock the doors. If the keyless modules doesn't have lines to actually trip the solenoids then its sending an "I got a signal from the remote" signal to the PJB; open, close, panic, etc probably is identified by polarity...
Where under the dash are the security unit and lock unit boxes/brains? Driver's side? Passenger side? Center? Also, if you have seen them, do know if Mazda still puts the pinout diagrams on their labels?
