Everyday driving will also wear it out since there is not as much surface area. But it sure is cool!

I have run racing fuel in my protege, motorcycle and for kicks my lawnmower. It does burn hotter. On the bike, it blued the headers after about 15min. Definately a power increase or at least more responsive. I don't agree that higher octane fuel will hurt the engine. I am talking 89, 90...

I want one. But, it must fit just like the regular manifold and must provide a good bang for the buck.

I have seen a couple of sites trying to make one but so far all i've seen available is one of those "slight modification is necessary" crapola.

I have thought about installing a short shifter on mine but don't want to mess up the interior look. Does the knob and boot go back on and look relatively the same???
