I always go with OEM. As someone pointed out to me many, many years ago, if you have an engine failure due to an oil filter failure, who do you want to be on the hook for repairs; the car manufacturer or an oil filter company?
Start with the battery. Many issues are caused by a low, dead or dying battery. The code refers to a low voltage signal, but that could be because of the battery. So get that sorted out first, reset the code and see what happens.
One time my opener wouldn't respond. It turned out that I had LED bulbs installed close to the opener and it wouldn't work if those lights were on, but worked if those lights were off. Apparently some kind of radio interference from the LEDs. Switched them to halogen bulbs and no issues. Just a...
I assume you checked the simple stuff (the KISS principle)? To me it sounds like something is rubbing, perhaps against the splash shield for the brakes? Something may have accidentally gotten bent when the new tires were installed.
I have a 54cm Trek Madonne carbon fiber road bike, 700x23c wheels/tires. It fits just fine in the back of my 2014 with the front wheel on. If anything, based on your description of being tall, you might need to lower your seat post. I put the rear wheel in first, drive side up, and angle it to...
If you search around here for posts on the rear shocks you will find that you can't buy just the mounts and aftermarket shocks do not include them. It's a known problem that these mounts crack and fail. Some people were able to use mounts from a Mazda 3 (which are available from the dealer) but...
The easiest way to tell is testing their resistance with a multimeter. Takes but a few minutes. Resistance should be 5k ohms or extremely close to that. Fake plugs will be all over the place.
Everything you need to know is here:
2019 CX-5: When replacing battery, how do I not lose data, settings etc?
And I also recommend the EverStart Maxx battery from WalMart
The easiest thing to do is check the resistance of any new NKG plugs and compare to the published NKG specs. Genuine plugs are consistently in spec and fake plugs are all over the place. You can also, like I did, send closeup pics of the plugs to NKG and they can tell you if they are genuine...
Really no idea what to tell you. However, if it was me, I'd swap the coil from cylinder #2 to a different cylinder and see if the codes shown move as well. If so, I'd replace all the ignition coils with the genuine Mazda article and also the plugs with genuine NKG Iridiums. I have sent photos of...
I live in MN, so lots of cold temps here (and remarkably, pretty damn hot in the summer too) to affect battery life. My last battery was the Everstart Maxx and it worked great. At 4 years I noticed that cranking was a bit slower, so I replaced it with another Everstart Maxx. My OEM Panasonic...
