How are you washing/cleaning your roof

I would reach over with my microfiber dreadlock sponge and do one half, go to the other side and do the other half. Rinse and repeat.

Rotor recommendations (not performance but OEM-like)

Centric blanks. I like them better than OEM. I purchased thru http://store.propartsusa.com/brakes/p-10028.aspx

Clear coat, or rather, not-so-clear coat

Not much can be done at this point. Prep the surface for vinyl wrap or repaint.

    Plasti Dipped front end mask

The key to making cut lines across the hood is to pull the tape before it dries. Reapply the tape for the next coat.

Brakes - After Market worth it?

Centric blanks with Wearever platinums. Very happy so far.

    Prepping for brake overhaul

Front pads and rotors on, sliders greased. Another tip for the pesky front rotors (for those of us battling the effects of salt water, heat and cold on metal), spray the hub/rotor from behind in addition to the holes for the studs and hub center in the front. I used Liquid Wrench penetrating...

    Prepping for brake overhaul

Well, this is the wife's daily driver. It sees 100mi a day driving in from Central MA to Boston and back. She has 67k on the stock parts. The rotors look to still be in good shape but I figure if I'm in there, I might as well swap the rotors. No pulse, no uneven wear and no deep grooves. I came...

    Prepping for brake overhaul

2010 Mazda5, ordered up Centric blanks from Amazon, Wearever Platinum pads from Advance Auto Parts, ATE Superblue and AGS Sil-glyde for the sliders. I picked up a vacuum pump and brake job tool kit from Harbor Freight. Looking forward to the full flush and replacement.

    Has anyone tried Bridgestone?

Continental DWS. Hands down, the best all season tire I have come across.

How to best coilover or perhaps not for a Mazda5?

Drill it out and put a bolt through.
