So Weird. My Mazda3 does the same thing at around 40MPH and the RPM is Between 1-2K RPMS. Makes a rattling noise like a belt whining or something scrapping.

Yes, but if you look at the Mazda USA website and also the Speed Accessory brochure, you will find that in the find print that the badgeless grill is for the '06 Mazda, if you have a website that is selling '07 grilles, than let me know. No offense taken and none meant(chair)

Is your Mazda a '07 or an '06? I don't think they have come out with an '07 badgless grille, so be careful with what you buy. I'm still waiting for an '07 myself. I already tood the badges off the back and covered the holes with 3/18" vinyl custom stickers.
