    Bodycolor Front Bumper

Thanks for the feedback. Of course everyone has different tastes. As you questioned, yes, the goal was to do something different enough to be noticeable, but subtle enough to not scream "look at me".

    Bodycolor Front Bumper

Wanted something different than the 100's of other Liquid Silver MZ3's out there that still keeps a relatively conservative look. So I had my front bumper painted Liquid Silver Metallic. <a href="http://s570.photobucket.com/albums/ss149/jjuhring/?action=view&current=FrontBumper-Silver004.jpg"...

    Mazda2 Rear Toe Adjustment?

Has anyone checked if the rear toe can be adjusted on the Mazda 2? Thought it might be similar to the 3, but the rear suspension geometry is completely different. Didn't see any adjustment bolts.

    ZJ, Z6, LF...what engine?

Yes, it's my understanding that the 2.3 is physically just a stroked version of the 2.0. That's why all of the aftermarket intakes and exhausts will work with both engines.

    ZJ, Z6, LF...what engine?

From what I've read, the '04~'09 generations of engines are all MZR's. Within that family designation, they break down as follows: 2.0 litre: LF-DE, LF-VE 2.3 litre: L3-DE, L3-VE 2.3 Turbo: L3-VDT The Z6 is a 1.6L MZR and the ZJ is a 1.3L MZR.

    Yes.

How can this physically be the same car?

Yes, It's clearly an illusion. My car is the one on the right with the Eibach Sportline springs which give it nearly 2 full inches of drop. I did my best to take the photo from nearly the exact same angle and perspective as the photo on the left. However, since the Mazda3 is almost exactly 3...

Eibach Pro or Sportline. Camber kit?

Not aware of any readily available front camber kit for the Mazda3 yet.

    Rear Camber adjustment

Yea, the problem I found with our Sedans is that the springs are universal for both the sedans and hatches. So it appears that most of the manufacturers set the rear springs so the F/R drop is nearly even on hatches. Since we have 100lbs or so less weight over the rear springs, it ends up...

Pretty sure they're 73mm hub bore. Our Mazda 3s are 67.1 so they'll fit fine. Up to you if you want to get a hub adapter ring. By the way, if you go with an 8" rim and that much offset, there's a good chance you'll need to roll the inner lip of the rear fenders to keep from shredding your tires.

    Rear Camber adjustment

The H-Tech's came in on Wednesday and I couldn't wait until Saturday to get them in. After replacing the Sportlines with the H-Tech's I remember I had to remove the Sway Bar End Links to get the lower control arm to swing down low enough to pull out (and put in) the rear springs. However that...

Yes, Wanna, I just logged in to correct your previous post. The H-Tech's arrived today and I just finished getting them installed (about 4 hours total install time). Much faster than 6 months ago when I put in the Sport-Lines. I think that one took about 8 hours Anyways, the H-Techs only...

Spark plugs, o2 sensor, engine facked?

ALL other fuses read ZERO except that fan fuse, why? Is this my no working fan problem? Does that mean the fuse is blown? Yes, the way fuses work is that when they're working it's the same as a straight piece of wire. Your meter is measure a potential (or voltage drop) between the 2 leads...

    Rear Camber adjustment

Well, As a posted little while ago in the "Sedan Pics" thread, I'm expecting a new set of the Tein H-Tech's later this week, so I'll be diving back under the rear end to put them in this weekend. I'm sure once I'm down there the memories from installing the camber links will come rushing back...

So wanna3, how do you like the Tein H-Tech springs. I'm currently running the Eibach Sportlines which handle great, but for daily driving are just too stiff. As a result I've ordered-up a set of the H-Tech's and they're suppose to arrive later this week. I'm hoping it'll be a good compromise...
