I just cheaked my brake fluid and my brakes where done about 8 months ago. So maybe it could be something eles?

My e-brake and ABS ligths came on today and now they will not go off, so I am looking to see if anyone has had this problem and what I might be able to do to fix it. Thanx for any help...
