Either the light on cluster is bad or the switch or both etc. I do know that pressing the button on the Auto shifter stick, that nothing happens at all. Meaning it IS NOT turning the overdrive off. Any ideas?

My 01 Protege ES has 16" alloys Can i put 15" steel wheels on for use with winter tires? what size rubber can i put on the 15s if there are same bolt patterned 15" steels? Basically dotn wanna buy snows for my alloys i want 2 sets of wheels really Any help would be great thanks
