    Actually the radio is pulled straight out and turned upside down so the SAT button is actually on the left side by the antena port and the MEDIA button is on the right side. Thanks for your input. Hopefully someone who self-installed successfully can give me a definitve answer. Mark

    What is included in the 30k-mile service...?

    Scott, I just had my 30,000 service done last Friday. Cost was $575. My dealer had a long list of what they do but I have since thrown that away. Seemed like most of what they did was check things. As best I remember they did change my oil, antifreeze, air filter, fuel filter, rotate tires...

    Thanks. That is what I ended up doing at their advice. But I would still like to know how to disconnect the other plugs should I end up not getting this to work. Don't want the wire just hanging out back there especially if I have to get any work done on the HU under warranty.
