Seems like most guys are using synth. What about the change intervals? Has there been a general consensus about how often it needs to be changed while on synth oil versus regular oil?

Ordered from my dealership for $399 installed. Figured since the avg price is about 300 or so shipped. An extra 100 to get it installed by the dealer is quite fair.
