well i had 4 tranny failures in one year. production number 414. i traded in my mazdaspeed and found out the motor blew one week after the dealer sold it to some kid. so now i'm finally out of that mess. regarding the milage. i forgot but i can tell you this. #1 shift linkage broke first...

simply wondering how many msp owners have had transmission and/or safety issues in thier vehicles???
