The 2.0 dose not have a balancer, that might be the problem.

if the clutch isent pressed ALL THE WAY, you will have probems (i have had it happen in 4th)

ive tryed running vta and the only thing it did is make the turbo lag more noticeable, and the engien light to come on..... wodent recommend it, thease engines are made a curtin way for a reason!

When you start the car it will revv high , its trying to build oil pressure. when the rpm's drop thay will still be above normal.... just wait a fue sec. after that first rpm drop and youll be ok,,, but you dont relly want to gas it for about 10min,,, thats about when the oil has reached temp...
