There's a way to paint your stock headlights and have the orange corners. i know a few ppl did it, including myself, but i removed the corners. I'm sure the tutorial is on here somewhere. here are some pics BEFORE AFTER

i dont think you need to repaint these.. they dont look that deep. Try to go get a compound / buff That usually takes out most scratches. Here is a tip.. wet your finger and rub over the scratch, if it goes away temporarily it means a compound would fix it. usually for the whole car its 150$...
