It looks as though I'll have to remove the interior door panel to remove the glass (which I don't understand why I should have to do this). I don't see why it shouldn't just snap out like the front does. When I get off work today I'll have to take a look at it. Just had to replace the passenger...

That PDF is EXTREMELY helpful! I'll have to bookmark that for sure. I can see I'll be referring back to that often. Might as well ask while i'm sitting at work wondering about the trim... Anyone have any clue how to get it off?

Hank, Just noticed in the two diagrams that you posted, the numbers are different for the part I need.. lol. Not sure whether its #6 or #7.
