I had the same problems with both of my rear calipers. Its a very easy do it yourself they were under 100 a piece

you probly have a short in the clock spring causng the chaos with the horn and cruise control but without testing the wires you cant be sure and your best set for the rest is get it up on a lift and check the whole car over thats somethimg you should do wether you here problems or not

i have 2 inch lowering springs with tokico struts and my aligment came out all in spec really no difference with me in or outta the car no difference with a full or empty tank of gas either

well if you think bout it 8 dollars for what it does is cheap. lmo and it takes not even 5 mins to do granted if you dont see any improvement after it might seem like a waste but either way it cleans all your vaccum ports and s*** and the other half that goes in the tank cleans the fuel delivery...
