since i sealed it rained and water didn't come through but my floors are still soaked any pointers on how to dry it up?

i found the drain hole... i used the coat hanger method and it didn't appear to be clogged. i didn't wanna force it in and tear a hole in the hose...i checked my trunk and the left and right "pockets" had a inch and a half of water.. i cleaned and dried everything and put sealant on every crack...

MY 99 protg's passenger and rear passenger floor are soaked. I have been reading up that it could be that the A/C drain plug is clogged....Can someone please let me know where I can find the A/c Drain Plug?
