Can anyone help me I have fixed all my vacuum leaks and no CEL, still have very bad idle. The car in neutral won't idle after acceleration or speed. It will drop down to like 0 or 100 until I come to complete stop then have a rough idle for about 2 times then idle. It does it every time now...

Hmmm.. so you are saying the diaphram is not opening up or is messed up? Is that it? Can u explain further in detail.

Hey subly, What problems did you have with the wastegate? Did it let too much air in? Too much air out? How did you find out? What were your readings? Do you think I could tighten the wastegate up, would that help?

subly, What other problems have you been having lately? Did you just buy a wastegate? Did it fix the problem? How much did it cost? What kind of reading did you get on your gauge? I am thinking about putting my friends gauge on mines to read it and see what problems I run into...

No I don't have a boost gauge. That may be a problem too, hmm......

I mean it would idle at 500 to 600 but have a rough idle that goes in between 500 and 600 and then later you find it idling at 200 then back to normal but you could feel the engine having problems keeping the calm idle at 500. You think it's because of the turbo gasket leak?

Yeah, I guess that sounds right. The gaskets for the turbo?? DO you think I loosened it when I was fixing the manifold? We didn't even take the turbo apart, just the down pipe and then stuck in the manifold gasket. It has alot of problems idling now and sometimes in neutral it'll just stay at...
