thermostat update Yes it was for the thermostat. It was supposed to be done before I got the vehicle but the software was changed a few weeks ago by Mazda and my dealership recommended I come in to get it done. Did it yesterday. Quick and easy.

Just got a call from my dealership saying that there is an ecu flash upgrade that needs to be done for some of the CX-5's that get a false check engine light. Anyone have this issue? Anyone have the flash done? I don't have the issue so I am debating whether I should do it or not.

2014 CX-5 AWD GT. Build date 01/13. No issues as of yet. 1400 Kms. Actually the only one is the message playback from text messages. Does not work from day one.

My mother in law has a 2010 Mazda 3 4 door 2.0l that has intermittent starting issues. When turning over she gets a loud noise that vibrates thru the cabin. Other times it doesn't start. Mazda had just replaced the battery and still same issues. She has only about 60,000 Km's. Any ideas?
