Well I got the engine in and done it sounds great. But this focus engine seems to and more power than the mazda engine did? Has any one else made this swap? O yea by the way that was a 06 engine.

I bought the mazda 3 with a hole in the engine. And found the ford engine/tranny for 500.00 with 29k on it. So need less to say that beat the 1300.00 price I was finding on the mazda engine. Thanks for the info

Ok I am putting a 2006 2.3 ford engine in a 2004 mazda 3. ok that part is easy. My question is I have to use the mazda oil pan on the ford engine do to the ac pump bolts on it. And the ford bolts on the side.The pan fits great but it just looks like there is a lot of space gone from it ( do to...
