Anyone have full detailed instructions on how to remove the front grille and also the bottom grille next to the fog lights?

Im looking into hooking up my car more and more. And i was just wondering if anyone could give me a few suggestions on which Intake i should get. I know im going for a cold air intake. Any links to were i should purchase it? Thanks.
