My husband says $65 plus shipping.

I'm nowhere near you, but I have these that I'd like to get rid of. Shipping would be a nightmare though, but it's something to keep in mind.

It has an aftermarket plastic sleeve on the inside. We had it on Kartboy Short Shift kit in an 01 Protege LX. It fit very nicely there.

One of our friend's was married to a girl, whose father was one of the head designers at Mazda in Irvine, CA. He got it for us.

We are in Vista, CA the nearest airport is San Diego, which about 45 minutes from where we are. LAX is about 2-2.5 hours away, but sometimes it's cheaper.
