I'm curious about this too. I want to swap in a full set of high performance pads. Not too happy with the stock brake pads.

My recommendation is a mid priced rotor and Centric PQ Pro purchased from RockAuto.com and installed at a local reputable shop. Personally I'm looking for a high performance brake pad, as I want better braking and willing to sacrifice low dust and low noise.

Non-performance brakes like the ones on the Cx-9 shouldn't squeal. If they do, that means they were installed incorrectly. (no grease used on caliper slides, no anti squeal compound used on the back of the brake pads, pad shims delaminated, brakes weren't throughly cleaned with a wire brush and...

I was suggesting the noise this thread is talking about is the bumpstops and is normal.

In a parking, can you guys go full lock left and right of the steering wheel. It seems to produce the same sound. I have the same sound, and I think it's the suspension bumpstops. And I think the suspension bump stop is made of the same hardness material as the bumpstop that limit the steering...

Very strange the dealer got nothing from reading the computer after your car threw errors. Generic code readers won't be able to tell you much regarding chassis and stability system codes. They only read generic engine fault codes. As others mentioned, take a picture next time you see warning...

Wheels are a safety item, but there are reputable companies making aftermarket replica wheels. For example Advant Garde makes some replica wheels, but they are high quality.

Can someone find the part number of the springs and struts on a 18 vs 19? Hopefully that might give us more insight on what changed. Bonus if we can find the spring rates of the springs :)
