Argh! My stupid ERG bolt is not coming off. It's taking the entire screw from the manifold with it. Why would they make a screw that wasn't attached/welded to the manifold?

If you can't get the AWR, there's always the OBX header. Not the greatest but not the worse. They go for pretty cheap if used or you can check protegegarage.com. I have my OBX header if you want to buy it. Only thing is that it has been repainted matte black. The paint may flake again, but you...
