Maybe someone has a shop manual and could attach the directions for replacement of front map light bulbs (leds)?

Does anyone know the trick for removing the front interior (map) light panel from the headliner on a 2007 CX-7. I've tried plying it down but it doesn't seem to want to come loose.

? Sorry to seem a little confused but what is a BPV and where would I go to read up on them and/or purchase. Also where can I go to find performance equiptment for my 2007 Cx-7.
