Thanks! That did it! Click-hold did not, click-click-hold hadn't done it, but I hadn't tried click-click-hold. I'll definitely use that. Thank you!

I just got my first Mazda and my first new-new car! 2011 CX-9 AWD Touring. Reading the manual, I found that I should be able to hold down the unlock button and see the front windows and sunroof open. Cool, I think! Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I just get the unlock beep. Fine, try it...
