I just installed the OEM rear pads. I noticed the same thing you did. The new pads had the same orientation for the wear indicator. So installing them one side would be flipped. I don't believe its an issue, both directions would still contact the rotor once the pad is worn.

I'm about to hit 30k and my rear pads look pretty worn. I ordered some OEM replacements from Mazda and this came. Does Akebono manufacturer our OEM pads? I thought it was someone else? This is for 2014. Also does anyone know who makes the value product line for Mazda?

So all the connectors are plug and play if youre swapping from OEM bulb taillights to OEM LED taillights? I've been considering swapping MY14 with '16 LED tails. I haven't pulled the trigger cause I wasn't sure if the connectors are the same.

Got my car back. After talking with the service advisor, all they did was remove a bolt and glue part of the filler to make sure its sealed. Recall done and I got my the facelifted mirrors on my 2014 GT
