    Very loud BANG!!

Yeah, I once heard a loud bang like that while I was stopped at a traffic light, scared the hell out of me. I pulled over, looked around, and nothing was wrong so I kept going. A couple of weeks later I noticed a big dent in the frame above the passenger side front door, so I assume something...

When I went to change my wires, I found it nearly impossible to get aftermarket wires, Mazda seems to there own strange design. I just bought them from Mazda. Wasn't ridiculously expensive. Cheers, James

A/C Recharge Kit (worked for me!)

I figured it out guys... the reason it wasn't filling is cause it was already full... I have no leak.. What was happening was there was a problem in the connection of the wiring the the magnetic clutch, so compressor was actually never kicking on. I unplugged this, tested it out by runing a...

A/C Recharge Kit (worked for me!)

I tried that, but when I unscrew slowly, I am pretty sure that all I hear is gas escpaping from the can, not from the hose... did you have that problem as well?

I just tried putting the hose on the port and NOT on the can, and it works... so there is something preventing the flow goign from the can to the port... Does anybody know if I am supposed to be shaking the can??

A/C Recharge Kit (worked for me!)

I have pushed the pin on the port, and it does release some... I haven't tried putting the hose on the port and not the can, I will try that today.... It that doesn't work, does my blockage in the line idea sound totally wrong?

A/C Recharge Kit (worked for me!)

The hose is not already connected to the can... I don't think that is what it is because if the hose is NOT attached to the coupler on the low pressure side, it comes out of the can, but as soon as it is connected to the low pressure coupler, it stopes flowing... strange... but it makes me...

A/C Recharge Kit (worked for me!)

Hi there... I did turn the AC to max setting, but I didn't constantly shake the can as I was pouring it in, I didn't know I needed to do that... Doesn't say that on the instructions.... Are you sure?

A/C Recharge Kit (worked for me!)

Yeah, I don't understand either! But the can isn't emptying! Could that imply that I don't infact have a leak but rather an obstruction in the line??

    AC not blowing cold air

From all I am hearing though, if it is in need of a recharge, doesn't that imply that there is also a leak?

    AC not blowing cold air

That is what I thought... is that an expensive job usually? Can it be a do-it-yourself type thing?
