how much for msp ecu?

I'm not running any more boost and not even putiting a load on the manifold when it leans out. Its like the computer is trying to adjust for something after a given amount of time.

I just got all the turbo stuff on and the car cleaned up all I need now is one oil fitting I should get tomorrow and then I'm rolling again.

Which side is of the fuel rail will the begi need to be tapped into? the passenger or the driver side? I am confused which is the fuel input and which is the return line.

How do I hook up the fuel lines and I have two vac inputs how about those?
