Oh no. That's part of the bumper and it was red. I wanted to paint that along with the hood so the black would flow into the black part of the grill.

I need to get the black repainted, it's starting to chip.

Thanks dude. If roads were better around here I'd consider lowering but as it is the front bumper is very low for some places that I drive through. Here's one that gives a better view of the wing.
