I dropped from 18" to 16" for winter on my MS3, but I don't know about 15". On a Mazda 3 you probably start with at 17" anyway, right? You might be ok. The best way to find out is just go to a tire place and ask. They can look it up and even test it out for you in 5 minutes.

The only thing I can figure is it's potentially a small blower fan on a fuse box. I have a converter in my camper that does the same thing...when too many lights are on, the board heat up so there's a blower for it.

I grew up at Tinker...used to bag/carry groceries at the commissary. (shady) Picked up a Liquid Silver MS3 on Aug 11th. All stock and will probably stay that way. I've been modding computers for years, but not cars.

I find it's best when my right leg is resting against the center console and I move my heel farther up so my foot is more upright. You can't really do it in traffic though since you need to be able to move it over to the brake as well, but once you get moving it seems to be a more comfortable spot.

I have the tech package with the additional display...it works great for showing all the info about the artist/album/song on Sirius radio, but when I loaded 6 CDs I get "no info" for any of the artist/album/song. I've clicked the display button, but get no change. Are there really that few CDs...
