That should be covered under warranty.
I had the same leak (with that oil control valve) 45,000 km into my vehicle. Was replaced under warranty.
It's known to leak on CX9 and CX5s.
Some dealerships (the good ones) know about this already and top it up before delivering the vehicle to the customer. At least that's what they did with mine; PTU, Auto TX and the rear diff fluids.
I believe this is common. I have it on my 22 GT.
There is a TSB for it, but it only covers 2016-2020 (TSB). It's only temporary though.
I took the brakes apart and lubricated the guide plates this fall (annual cleaning anyways) and it was good for about a month or two before the noise came...
I test drove the CX90 (non-hybrid 6 turbo) when it first arrived a couple of years back and it felt like a lot larger boat compared to the CX9, but I only had it for like 30 min and took it around a few blocks. The interior felt like a downgrade from the CX9 for me also (at the time).
Have had...
How is that Sprint Booster? I know what it is/what it does, but just curious from your perspective.
Anyone know of any potential downsides to it? I know the pedal signal is one of the most closely monitored signal in the PCM.
I would have gone Kuro or Signature, but stuck to my GT as I wanted the 2nd row bench. Enjoy the 22! Should be the most problem free (fingers crossed).
Just took a look apart the brakes as I wanted to lube up the caliper slider pins.
After 3 years and ~58K kms, I still have 8mm on the front and 7mm on the back remaining. This is 95% city driving (Toronto, Canada).
Rotors still look pretty good for 3 winters so far.
I was looking for a vertical mount bike rack and did some cross shopping with other major (i.e. Thule) and less-major brands.
The features that stuck out:
-rubber-only contact (well.. had to modify with pool noodle for the kids bike)
-hydraulic dampers (for self lowering the rack; this one is...
Good bike racks are super expensive, but I'd recommend this one.
Had to MacGyver the pool noodle on the tire basket so I could fit my son's 14" bike (with ratchet straps/bungee).
Held super steady at highways speeds for 4 hours to camping (didn't even notice it back there).
I'll have to remember this post if I ever run into a situation where I need to replace my rad.
I also wonder how much this plays into the other markets having a tow capacity of ~4100 lbs vs 3500 here in N.A.
