I had the same problem happening to my 8 month-old CX-5 (BT and Pandora button greyed out). When I took it to the dealer, they had to wait for Mazda Canada to send them diagnostic procedure, then had to get them to approve a new BT module ordered. It took 2 trips and 2 weeks for them to replace...

I was told by my dealer (Yorkdale Mazda in Toronto) that they would honor warranty as long as maintenance was performed by a licensed mechanic.

Can this procedure be reversed? I.e. re-enable DRLs?
