Ok I have a question for all the gurus out there. Are our camshfts interchangable? I believe they are but before I try it I wanna make sure. If the rise and duration are the same on both sides then Im gunna try it but I dont want to risk bending a valve.

Does anyone know how the oil pump for our cars work? I believe there is a valve of some sort that is stuck in mine that wont let the oil pass through the block. But before I beat on it I wanted to know if anyone knew exactally how it worked.

Ok I have a stupid question. Will a 98' protege head fit on my 03' Protege? I found a used one on ebay and it looks the same but i want to make sure before I buy. Thanks for all your help.

Hey all im jst about done with the rebuild but I need a head. I somehow spun a cam and it messed up one of the journals. If anyone has one lying around complete with cams let me know... Thanks!

So I just got back from the machine shop and was told they couldnt do anything about my crank. So i new a new one. If anyone has one tahts in decent condition and willing to part with it let me know. Thanks

Hello all im new to this forum. I have a huge favo to ask to anyone that knows. I am replacing the rod bearings on my 03 MSP and i get the oil pan off and there is this dumb plate in the way. I have removed all the bolts that i believe are holding it but it still wont budge. What else do i have...
