that makes sense ... if the rotor was not sitting properly, did you start hearing the noise right after you had the brakes done? mine just developed overtime I'll take mine apart as well, hopefully this will fix it. I'll post an update. Thanks for the tip !

Finally ... I'm not alone ! I get this repeating popping/clunking/scraping noise only when I break lightly and at low speeds while coming to a stop. This is the ONLY time the noise happens. If it rains, the noise goes away. If I brake hard, or don't use the brakes, there's no noise. I've been...
